Beginnings

Beginnings is an ode to my parents and to the private photographic world they created long before photography became my own language. Their self-portraits and family photographs—made not for an audience, but as a way of remembering and seeing—became my earliest encounter with portraiture, performance and the power of an image to preserve a life beyond its moment.
